How long does proxy deployment take?

Deployment is completely automated. Once you purchase a proxy node, we generate a one-line curl command. Run this inside any fresh Linux VPS (Ubuntu 20.04/22.04 or Debian 11/12) and the ShieldX daemon will install, configure the reverse proxy, mount SSL certificates, and link to your dashboard within 60 seconds.

Can I manage multiple origin servers from one dashboard?

Yes. The Security Monitor console allows you to connect multiple origin streaming servers (such as Xtream Codes panels or stream distributors) and configure routing policies across your deployed proxy nodes. You can assign dedicated servers to specific proxy nodes or route traffic dynamically based on user load and latency metrics.

Do you support IPv6 protection?

Yes, all ShieldX proxy nodes fully support IPv6. We offer dual-stack proxy operations allowing client connection streams via IPv4 and IPv6, routing cleanly backend to your origin nodes regardless of their local network addressing configuration.

Can I upgrade my package or add more proxies later?

Absolutely. You can scale your operations directly inside the billing area of your Client Dashboard. Add additional Proxy Pro nodes for €100/mo, increase bandwidth thresholds, or upgrade to the Complete Solution. All upgrades are calculated pro-rata and active immediately.
